Job objective:
The role for a Public Relations Specialist It highlights the importance of both external and internal communications, emphasizing brand identity, content creation, media relations, and employee engagement. The role requires a strategic approach to distributing content and maintaining effective communication channels, which are essential for building and sustaining the company’s reputation in the competitive SaaS market.
DUTIES AND TASKS
- Communicate the organization’s values, mission, and vision to strengthen its brand identity.
- Â Develop a range of content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates, to engage and inform audiences.
- Respond to information requests from the media
- Â Generate positive media coverage through press releases, media pitches, and relationships with journalists.
- Utilize appropriate channels to reach target audiences and maximize the impact of PR messages.
- Research and identify suitable media opportunities for press releases and pitches.
- Translate and proofread essential Public Relations materials (press releases, media kits) between English and Arabic.
- Keep employees informed about organizational news, changes, and achievements to foster a positive internal environment.
- Develop a content strategy that includes a mix of press releases, blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Utilize various channels, including traditional media, online platforms, and social media, to reach and engage the target audience effectively
- Communicate organizational news, updates, and achievements to employees to foster a positive work environment and reinforce company values.
- Launch internal communication campaigns to support initiatives such as employee recognition, training, or change management.
- Establish channels for employees to provide feedback and suggestions related to PR activities and organizational communication.
QUALIFICATION - A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is usually required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Project and Account Management.
- Client-focused solutions experience.
- Talent for influencing client management.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships at the same time.
- Presentation skills and time management skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
