Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain physical and digital personnel records.
  • Counsel employees concerning work-related problems or issues
  • Maintain Leave and Attendance Record.
  • Prepare HR-relevant reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Maintain all data records about Recruitment and selection.
  • Prepare Employee ID card, Business Card, Employee Certificate, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Recruitment background or experience is preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
