Job objective:
Digital sales executive is responsible for creating digital leads from different social platforms with the goal of increasing revenue. As a digital sales executive, job duties are including performing market research, identifying potential customer groups, and recommending marketing outreach campaigns using digital media.
DUTIES AND TASKS
- Prepares a database of leads to identify potential clients to offer them our services and solutions.
- Generates sales leads for the company’s Digital Services, and handle the sales process from the initial contact up to the closure.
- Contacts clients and attends meetings.
- Captures client’s requirements, Prepares, sends and negotiates the proposals, and wins new contracts.
- Recognizes the needs of the client, and provides detailed information to the client about the technical specifications of the services offered by the company.
- Updates by the up-to-date information with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, identifies opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products, and services to the online campaigns.
- Builds strong and successful relationships with clients.
- Understands very-well with company products and competitor products.
- Presents and pitches company products.
- Achieves the Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, and Annually Sales Targets.
- Make quote, negotiate and close sales deals with clients
- Research your customer base thoroughly, and create content that is likely to resonate with them. Create online pages that are engaging, easy to understand, and concise.
- Develop and commit to a personal brand. Once you know how you want to be perceived, align all your online presences to support that image.
- Create a targeted network on social media. Find your ideal audience and engage with them by responding to comments, posting interactive prompts, and creating content that they’d be excited to share.
- Make sure all the content on your platforms is shareable.
- Leverage your good reviews and positive feedback for further success. Share, pin, and promote comments and reviews that paint you in a good light.
- These endorsements from the public are free and persuasive.QUALIFICATION
- Deep understanding of digital marketing & digital sales.
- Deep understanding of software products especially SAAS products
- Minimum 1 year of experience in selling Web Solutions and SAAS solutions.
- Work experience as a sales representative indoor and outdoor.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
