Job Description & Requirements
Overall Job Description:
- Execution with excellence in monthly initiatives, POSM and KBD. Focus on the opportunities to create the plan to grow the business
Specific Responsibility:
- Insure KBD elements execution across trade channels.
- Lead Initiative/promotion operation preparation; follow up on execution trend to achieve BIC results.
- Lead corporate/fundamental program operation preparation and execution.
- Lead Golden Stores Program.
- Explore new opportunities and utilize potential growth from regular field visits and follow up on all P&G’ Categories.
- Dedicated session in Monthly for retail audit learning / tracking
- Scorecard and key success measure
Qualifications and Education:
- Male Or Female
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field. MBA or advanced business administration studies is highly recommended.
- Excellent knowledge of English language is required.
- Excellent computer skills are a must.
- Extensive skill, knowledge, and experience are required.
- Minimum of five years of field work experience across all channels.
- Cairo resident (preferably in Gesr El-Suez or nearby)
