We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trucks’ Service Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive maintenance and repair, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing top-quality service to our customers. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient and profitable service center operations.

Job Description:
– Manage the daily operations of the trucks’ service center, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
– Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians, providing training and support as needed.
– Oversee scheduling, workload distribution, and workflow management to optimize efficiency.
– Ensure that all service and repair work is performed in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
– Monitor and manage inventory levels of parts and supplies, coordinating with the procurement team as needed.
– Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
– Develop and manage the service center budget, tracking expenses and revenue to meet financial targets.
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
– Stay up to date with industry advancements and changes in regulations, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
– Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to support overall business goals.
– Prepare and present regular reports on service center performance to senior management.
