Job Description
- Checking if the P.O. is applying company requirements & conditions
- Communicating with other departments to gather all the P.O. missing data & information
- Validate if the P.O. prices are matching with Audio prices and discount policy or not
- Applying Change Forms to amend the P.O.s & Verify reason, Availability and Cost.
- Adding Dummy P.O.s to the ERP to reserve products for limited time
- Importing Missing Items Report from the system & filter it from the unneeded items
- Create needed requests & Get the free request approvals.
- Gather the stock adjustment data & make sure to complete its cycle with the warehouse.
- Gather the missing coded items from new orders or stock items.
- Send the items to Admin with guidance about whom can support with its definition.
- Follow up with the Admin till done at the Tax Server
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 5 years experience in Overall supply planning and supply chain
- Experience in managing project materials and cost control
- Advanced MS Office proficiency, with practical experience of using Excel for Tracking financial expenditures and word for preparing letters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
