Job Description & Requirements

Required For A Multinational Insurance Company

Job Description:-

-Handle relationship with assigned sales agents.
-Set effective plans to achieve monthly target.
-Handle all complaints or special inquiries received.
-Supports and motivates all of the sales agents in meetings and also monitor their daily activities.
-Perform field visits to evaluate, coach and report the sales team’s performance.

Requirements:-

-Previous Experience min. 3 years in (Insurance – Banking – Real Estate).
-Males & Females.
-Bachelor’s degree.
-Sales skills.
-Able to work under pressure.
-Able to work in a team.

Work Conditions:-

-Working hours: 9:00AM-4:00PM.
-Days off: Friday & Saturday.
-Location: Maadi
-Salary 5000 + Bonus + Commission.
-First Month Training (Paid).
