Job Description:

As a Sales Intern at Qayedny, you will be a key player in driving the growth of our business. You’ll work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, engage with potential customers, and contribute to achieving our sales targets. This internship provides a hands-on learning experience in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and business development in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Assist in researching and identifying potential leads and sales opportunities.
  • Customer Outreach: Support the sales team in reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Sales Presentations: Help prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate information on leads and sales activities.
  • Follow-Up: Support the sales team in following up with leads, answering customer inquiries, and closing sales.
  • Reporting: Contribute to sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience or coursework in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus.
    • Experience with cold calling or customer outreach is beneficial.
