Job Description & Requirements
The Quality Control Supervisor oversees the quality control processes within the production or manufacturing environment, ensuring that products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role is responsible for supervising quality control teams, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement in quality.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. A certification in quality control or quality assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
