Job Description & Requirements
The MNT Operations Senior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. This role involves supervising maintenance teams, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The Senior Supervisor also plays a key role in improving maintenance processes and minimizing downtime.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in maintenance or facility management are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in maintenance operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
