Job Description & Requirements

The Legal Operations Senior Supervisor oversees the efficient operation of the legal department, managing administrative functions, budgeting, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing legal workflows, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting the legal team in delivering high-quality services to the organization

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. A paralegal certification or advanced degree in Law is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in legal operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
