Job Description & Requirements

Job Summary:

The KPI Specialist is responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic business objectives. This role involves collecting data, generating reports, and providing insights to drive performance improvements and support decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in KPI management, data analysis, or a related role.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Effectively Skills:

Experience with database management and querying languages (e.g., SQL

Knowledge of industry-specific KPIs and performance metrics

Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics platforms..).
