Job Summary:
The IT Operations & Networks Supervisor oversees the management and maintenance of an organization’s IT infrastructure and networks. This role ensures the reliable operation of IT services and systems, manages a team of IT professionals, and implements strategies to enhance network performance and security.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in IT operations and network management, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software.
Experience with network security practices and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective leadership and team management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
.Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, ITIL) are preferred.
