Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Human Resources Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and personnel HR administration to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, primarily focusing on talent acquisition and personnel administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring decision.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and extend job offers to successful candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
- Personnel Administration:
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Support employee offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in conducting audits and investigations related to HR processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and personnel HR administration.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
