Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and personnel HR administration to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, primarily focusing on talent acquisition and personnel administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring decision.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and extend job offers to successful candidates.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  2. Personnel Administration:
    • Assist with new hire onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and processing new hire paperwork.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
    • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters, providing timely and accurate responses.
    • Support employee offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
    • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
  3. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
    • Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
    • Assist in conducting audits and investigations related to HR processes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and personnel HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
