Job Description & Requirements
The HC Payroll, Benefits & Compensation Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation programs within the organization. This role ensures that employees are compensated accurately and on time, that benefits are managed effectively, and that compensation strategies align with company objectives and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. A paralegal certification or advanced degree in Law is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in legal operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
