Job Description & Requirements
The Ground Floor External & Admin Maintenance Senior Supervisor oversees the maintenance and upkeep of ground floor external areas, including landscaping, parking lots, and building exteriors, as well as the maintenance of administrative facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring that these areas are maintained to the highest standards, managing maintenance teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or certification in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities or grounds maintenance, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
