Job Description & Requirements

The Costing Operations Supervisor will oversee and manage the costing processes within the organization, ensuring accurate and timely cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. This role is essential for maintaining cost efficiency and providing actionable insights to support decision-making and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. (A master’s degree or professional certification such as CMA or CPA is a plus.)

Proven experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a related field, with at least [3] years in a supervisory role.

Strong understanding of cost control methodologies, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
