Job Description & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain and update our CRM system.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least one year in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with experience in student activities are welcomed to apply.
- Fluency in the English language spoken and written is a must.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
