Job Description & Requirements

Develop new business for Triangle by identifying and exploiting market opportunities for all products and services provided by Triangle. Establish, implement, and maintain division business plans and forecasts. Responsible for overall activities of business Development, in terms of planning, Organizing, Leading, and controlling, in order to achieve division’s objectives.

 

 

Job Description:

 

  • Develop business plans and budgets.
  • Monitor the plan progress and provide appropriate controls on both budget and activities to ensure compliance with the operating plan.
  • Penetrate new markets for new business opportunities to increase demand and ensure future growth through current clients or new prospects.
  • Review, update and renew all contracts as appropriate.
  • Negotiate and agree on contracts Terms & Conditions for newly assigned principles.
  • Take initiatives to recruit new principles based on the principal’s selection criteria.
  • Maintain good relations with both old and new principles and act as a business partner to promote and grow their business.
  • Maintain top-level customer contacts on regular basis, ensure customer requirements are met and achieve customer satisfaction at the highest level.
  • Assist in the development of programs and sales strategies to sell products and services and contact potential companies to promote services and products through calling, networking and professional contacts.
  • Negotiate tenders and/or proposals with clients, within the projects’ terms and conditions.
  • Issue appropriate reports on collection and outstanding accounts.
  • Identify out – of – line situations whenever they occur and recommend corrective actions.
  • Contain and solve common problems whenever they occur.
  • Implement the details of activities stipulated in the projects’ contracts (communicate and coordinate between clients and principles, ensure proper documentation, coordinate with experts and follow-up on the activities progress to ensure proper achievement on due time).
  • Manage and maintain a database detailing business development activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by top management.
