Job Description & Requirements
Job Summary: The Accounting Internal Audit Senior Supervisor oversees and manages internal audit activities with a focus on accounting and financial operations. This role involves supervising audit teams, developing and executing audit plans, assessing internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic insights to improve financial integrity and operational efficiency. The Senior Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining the effectiveness of the organization’s internal control environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in internal auditing, accounting, or finance, with at least 3-4 years in a supervisory role.
