Since 2018 when i joined HR team in one of the reputable laboratories in Alexandria as a Training Specialist and i was lucky to work under supervision of a true leader who helped me in my first steps as a subordinate in his team, i still remember how he pushed me to schedule my first meetings, use search engines, linkedin & other recruitment websites by giving me a simple task called (chemists hiring) which was the beginning of a new journey of a chemist who become a medical recruiter….

Over time, my passion for HR management increased and I was excited to learn more
For a person who love to be well educated ‎‏it was not an option to study !!
So I finished diploma in Human Resources management as well as business administration and I was eager to learn & be updated with all new standards in all HR functions(Personnel,OD,payroll &recruitment) but my greatest interest was in Recruitment.
For six years in Health care industry I interviewed & hired bunch of calibers with different backgrounds and experiences , from blue collar employees to directors of departments and heads of sectors.
‎‏I believe in self motivation & continuous self-evaluation ,so I was keen to improve staffing and recruitment skills, in addition to the networking and communication.

‎‏Because my core job is to target potential talents & improve them continuously to achieve the goals of the institutions as well as their career goals, so it was necessary to start with myself this is why I am working on my self to be one of the professionals in Talent management in healthcare field…
