About me
Over a course of 8 years, I have built a successful career in Customer Service field. I gained a lot of knowledge from my previous and current positions as Customer Support and Specialist, Student Affairs in both my previous work places and in ESLSCA, and my skills set was improved through the tasks I was involved in during my daily working situations. I was able to develop my communication skills and further enhance my knowledge of the customer needs.
