About me

I am writing to introduce myself as a highly skilled and dedicated professional with a strong background in data science and a passion for solving complex problems using innovative approaches. With a diverse range of experiences in data science, natural language processing, data analysis, and Android development, I believe I would be a valuable asset to any company as a data scientist, data Analyst or machine learning engineer.

During my internship at World Quant University, I completed eight end-to-end, applied data science projects, earning a prestigious badge from Credly. Throughout these projects, I demonstrated proficiency in accessing data from various sources, exploring and cleaning data, creating functions and ETL pipelines, and building machine learning models. I also have experience in creating visualizations to effectively communicate data characteristics and model predictions to non-technical audiences.

In my role at Photon Computing, I specialized in natural language processing, focusing on speech recognition and mixed language summarization. I enhanced models such as Whisper, Text Blob, Facebook Bart, and Pegasus, further refining my data analysis and model development skills.

As a Data Analyst at Capiter Company, I analyzed popular trademarks and evaluated the effectiveness of new trademarks compared to existing ones in the food products industry. This experience enhanced my analytical capabilities and provided me with valuable insights into market dynamics.

Additionally, I have worked as a part-time Android Developer, utilizing Java programming language and NO-SQL databases provided by Firebase to develop native Android applications. Furthermore, I collaborated with Fawry’s marketing team, contributing to the marketing efforts for new offers.

I hold an MEng degree in Data Science and AI from uOttawa University, where my graduation project focused on automatic summarization for mixed speech language content, sponsored by Photon Computing LLC. I also completed a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Menoufia University, where my graduation project involved developing a mobile application called “Ask Doctor.”

To complement my education and work experiences, I have actively pursued professional training, including certifications in artificial intelligence from Huawei and predictive analytics and big data engineering from IBM. I have also completed various courses in applied data science, machine learning, cloud analytics, and data science applications for natural language processing.

Furthermore, I am an avid educator in the field of data science, having created and taught a comprehensive data science course on YouTube. This course covers various techniques used in data science, including data summary, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, outliers, classification and regression metrics, missing values, imbalanced data, and supervised and unsupervised learning.

My technical skills include proficiency in Python, R, Java, Android with Java, SQL, NO-SQL, Git, and GitHub. I am adept at using data analysis and science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Networkx, Glop, NLTK, Keras, TensorFlow, and Scikit Learn. Additionally, I possess expertise in data analysis programs like Tableau and have familiarity with Power BI. In the realm of computer vision, I am skilled in OpenCV, CNN, Keras, transfer learning, federated learning, object detection, and tracking.

I am proficient in both Linux and Windows operating systems and have experience with NLP, SQL Alchemy, Cassandra, MongoDB, Kafka, Docker, Spark, Hadoop, and Azure. Furthermore, I have acquired valuable soft skills through my participation in the Dale Carnegie Leadership Program, including presentation skills, communication skills, leadership skills, creativity, and teamwork.
