‏I worked hand in hand with the first mile manager generating KPIs for the specialists on the quality check process like qc pass vs customer rejection, accuracy of content relative to the physical item and AHT for receiving.

‏I was also ensuring stock levels match our WMS and that there are no discrepancy between systems and on ground.

‏I was also in charge of overseeing and examining customer rejection reasons relative to the physical item upon return. This made me create a training curriculum for the specialists on quality check on the sub category level.
