About me
As a corporate trainer , my primary focus is on achieving sales training objectives and enhancing the overall performance of the sales team. I am responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring employees to ensure they meet job expectations and contribute effectively to the organization’s success. By analyzing sales strategic plans and current sales results, I determine training requirements and develop action plans to address them.
To support the training process, I’m instructional designer also ,Where I am designing and creating interactive material, I play role in developing managerial skills by conducting management training programs and providing learning resources to individual managers.
