Responsibility.

•  Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users and resolve issues. This includes monitoring, prioritizing, solving service tickets.
• Systems support: Support various internal services.
• Documentation and training: Document internal procedures and maintain the knowledge base. Support and train users on new systems and standard applications.

Qualifications and required skills.

• Education: A degree in a relevant technical field, such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronics, information system engineering or any other related field is preferred.
• Language: Excellent spoken and written English.
• Eagerness to learn: A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges is crucial for a successful intern.
• Initiative: proactive and can identify and start a task without being asked.
• Communication: Effective communication—both written and verbal—is essential.
• Problem-solving: Ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to challenges. 
• Strong work ethic: Reliable, responsible, and committed to producing quality work.
• Basic knowledge of IT support & Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
• Available full-time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days a week)
