Job Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Maintain and update our CRM system.

Job Specifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least one year in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Fresh graduates with experience in student activities are welcomed to apply.
Fluency in the English language spoken and written is a must.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
