Job Description & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
– Contribute to designing learning journeys and programs.
– Developing training materials for instructor-led training/e-learning/microlearning/reinforcement programs.
– Assess client’s training needs and evaluate the impact of training solutions.
– Setting Project time plan, resources, and budget.
– Regularly update project status and progress to the team leader.
– Managing relations with SMEs/IDs/Freelancers professionally.
– Review and give constructive feedback to developers/freelancers.
– Document the project milestones and deliverables.
Job requirements:
• 2-3 Years of experience as a senior instructional designer.
• Bachelor’s Degree(Educational background is a plus)
• Proven experience in one or more of the learner modalities (Video-based/eLearning/Classroom/simulation).
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cairo Resident. (Preferably near Sheraton)
