Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Technical Support & System Administration Senior Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee and manage our IT support team, ensuring efficient and effective support services, system maintenance, and network administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the technical support and system administration team.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet their IT needs.
• Manage system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
Qualifications:
